  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
  • Generate high-quality leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively moving leads through the sales process.
  • Present and promote our suite of IT solutions to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and customizing proposals accordingly.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Collaboration and Solution Development:
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated and client-centric solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This involves researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining how Google Cloud can help them achieve their goals.
  • Developing and executing sales plans. This includes setting goals, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers. This involves providing excellent customer service, understanding their pain points, and developing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Providing technical expertise. This involves understanding Google Cloud products and services, and being able to explain their benefits to customers.
  • Working with other teams & Partners. This involves collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
