Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively moving leads through the sales process.
- Present and promote our suite of IT solutions to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and customizing proposals accordingly.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
- Collaboration and Solution Development:
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated and client-centric solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Reporting.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Google Workspace, GCP, SaS, Informatica: Enterprise Cloud Data Management, UiPath-AI-powered UiPath Business Automation Platform, mainframe and distributed modernizations, cloud migrations
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This involves researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining how Google Cloud can help them achieve their goals.
- Developing and executing sales plans. This includes setting goals, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers. This involves providing excellent customer service, understanding their pain points, and developing solutions that meet their needs.
- Providing technical expertise. This involves understanding Google Cloud products and services, and being able to explain their benefits to customers.
- Working with other teams & Partners. This involves collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
